Back at last

No I wasn't gone on another planet, I was just a looooong time away from my blog. Although sometimes I felt I was on another planet. I've had a hard time getting back to business and to «normal» life after this summer. Ellie was at home most of the time. I thought I could find time to work while she was here instead of day camp but I couldn't. She hates day camp and it was becoming a nightmare just preparing her to go in the mornings, so I told her we would try for this summer to keep her home while still working on my business. But I couldn't get organized or find 2 full hours to work in the day. As a result business was really slow and I got a bit discouraged.

I think I am getting back in the swing of things now so I will have new beads in the days to come. I did list some nice clearance beads in my Etsy shop so you can go have a look. You could find some pretty beads for a lower price.

It's so much fun to participate. Believe me, I won My Girl Thursday's June Giveway! I know, shame on me I didn't even tell you... I had this plan to reunite all the goodies, take a picture and blog about it, but we just couldn't wait and already used some of them before they all arrived.

To win, all we had to do was to leave a nice message to all the donators and a little message to Chantilly of My Girl Thursday (she is so sweet and has a great blog). So Ellie (my almost 8 years old girl) and I took a little time to visit all the blogs and look at the shops. We had a great time doing it. The drawing was at 5pm that same day and Ellie couldn't wait to see if we had won, but we had friends that night so she didn't have the news that we did until the morning after. A Sale again. Yay!

It seems that everytime I write these days (which is not often I know) it is to announce a sale. Well, that's good for you. :)
